Education and Experience:
- Doctoral degree required.
- Minimum of 5+ years in corporate law with demonstrated success in managing corporate transactional matters.
- Strong background in corporate transactions, contract law, tax law, intellectual property rights, and securities law.
- Active license to practice law in at least one . jurisdiction.
- Exceptional negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects independently.
