Position Summary:

Wilner & O’Reilly, APLC, a leading . immigration law firm, is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join our team in Orange, California. This is a full-time position with the opportunity for remote work after a probationary period. The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctorate from an accredited . Law School and admission to a . state bar, as well as at least one year of experience in Employment Immigration. Fluency in a second language is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

- Review and adjust immigration applications and packets
- Explain immigration concepts and provide strategic solutions
- Prepare and submit legal briefs for various immigration cases
- Meet and correspond with clients to gather necessary documents and information and guide them through visa processes
- Utilize case management systems and project management skills to monitor case milestones, follow up with clients, and meet deadlines
- Pay close attention to detail to produce error-free forms, correspondence, and other legal work
- Prepare and represent clients at government interviews
- Complete any other tasks as needed to meet client, Managing Attorney, and firm needs

Qualifications:

- Juris Doctorate from an accredited . Law School and admission to a . state bar
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Excellent writing abilities
- At least one year of experience in Employment Immigration
- Fluency in a second language is preferred but not required
