Are you an experienced associate looking to join a top law firm in the business and finance practice area? Look no further - the Global Corporate group at our law firm is seeking a mid-level associate with 4-6 years of experience to join our team in either Houston or Dallas. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on complex limited partnership and limited liability company agreements, joint venture investment transactions, private fund formation work, and SEC investment advisory regulations. Private M&A experience is a plus, but not required.

Salary Information:

- $265,000 - $390,000 pay range for this position at our law firm
- Actual pay may vary based on location and experience

Job Title:

- Fund Formation/Joint Venture Associate for Global Corporate Group

Experience Information:

- 4-6 years of experience in drafting and negotiating complex limited partnership/limited liability company agreements
- Experience in structuring joint venture investment transactions
- Familiarity with private fund formation work for sponsors and/or investors
- Knowledge of SEC investment advisory regulations
- Private M&A experience is a plus, but not required
