Non-Judicial Foreclosure Paralegal The candidate will prepare Substitution of Trustee, Notice of Default, Notice of Sale and related documentation for review by the attorney. Communicate with client in the respective client system and E-file. Communicate with respective mediation program and/or portal. Compile and request necessary documentation in support of the Notice of Default. Should have 4+ years' of foreclosure experience. Experience with BKFS and Tempo is required. Experience in residential foreclosure, specifically in regard to non-judicial states is required. Spanish skills are preferred.
