Law Firm Seeks Practice Group Marketing Specialist (Cyber/Data/Privacy) in Multiple Locations

Responsibilities:

- Develop and support marketing and business development plan for assigned practice group(s)
- Implement short-and-long term strategic sales plans to drive revenue for the firm
- Identify and cultivate new clients while retaining and cross-selling to existing clients
- Collaborate with practice group leaders and firm leadership to guide marketing strategies and tactics
- Coordinate and leverage activities with the business development efforts of attorneys and marketing managers across the firm

- Execute all assigned aspects of department marketing activities for assigned practice group(s)
- Establish a strong understanding of assigned practice group(s) services and offerings
- Create marketing materials such as pitch decks, matter and experience lists, and website content
- Contribute to winning responses to formal RFP/RFIs
- Manage and execute firm-sponsored and industry events, sponsorships, and client dinners
- Participate in developing brand and marketing campaigns and responding to PR/media requests
- Develop expertise in firm technologies to support client and business development opportunities

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree preferred in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in marketing/business development
- Experience in a law firm or professional services environment preferred
- Strong understanding of the litigation practice and research tools and databases
