Bilingual Immigration Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for: Partner with attorneys and law clerks to assist with case research. Meet with clients to complete immigration forms and gather proper documentation. Consistent communication with government entities. Draft filings for submission to immigration offices. Respond to client inquiries. Update the case management system. Evaluates problematic cases and proactively provides strategies and/or solutions to concerns. Prepares forms, letters, documents, and correspondence for attorney review; adapts tools and resources for casework which deviates from templates. Manages status of all filed applications and petitions and finalizes documents after attorney review. Prepares internal caseload reports for management. Processes a high volume of cases and work on cases of increasing complexity and variation. Must be Bilingual (Spanish/English). Should preferably have 1+ year of experience in Immigration Law. Bachelor's Degree desired. Paralegal Certification a plus. Experience with INSZoom or similar case management system preferred.
