Job Title:

Responsibilities:
- Support a wide range of transactions including M&A, VC and private equity financing, governance, compliance, HR, executive comp, and strategic alliances
- Work on licensing and hosted solution transactions
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Draft and review legal documents
- Communicate with clients and other attorneys
- Provide legal advice and guidance

Requirements:

- Excellent academic credentials
- Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
- 2-3 years of experience in a legal capacity
- Experience working on licensing and hosted solution transactions
- Ability to work in an unstructured environment and manage workload independently
- Able to meet firm deadlines in a demanding work environment
