- Managing a high-volume caseload of approximately 150 cases
- Engaging with clients and maintaining proactive and transparent communication
- Conducting key litigation activities such as depositions, motions, mediations, and developing case strategies
- Serving as lead counsel in jury trials and advocating for clients

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in personal injury or civil litigation, 5-8 years preferred
- Active and in good standing with local State Bar, multiple admissions preferred
- Extensive jury trial experience and knowledge of Rules of Civil Procedure and Evidence
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to articulate case strategies
