- The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant employment litigation experience and be actively licensed to practice law in California.
- This highly flexible role offers the opportunity to work remotely and focus on efficient and effective legal work without the demands of a shareholder/partner track position.
- The successful candidate will work with a dedicated client team and focus on defending employers in employment litigation.
- Responsibilities include developing defense strategies, performing legal research, drafting pleadings, and managing discovery-related activities.
- The role may also involve in-person presence for depositions, motions, mediation, or trial, depending on jurisdiction and location.
- The attorney will have access to the firm's extensive learning and development resources and will be included in the annual all attorney retreat.
- While the position is remote, the candidate must reside in a state where the firm has a physical office.
