Job Title: Associate Attorney
Salary: Commensurate with Experience
Location: Florida and Georgia (Remote Option Available)
Department: Creditor's Rights and Default Services

Job Summary:

- The Associate Attorney role offers new hires the chance to learn and excel in various practice areas, with opportunities for growth and internal promotion based on performance.

- The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and time-management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to produce high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
- Bar membership and active license in good standing in their respective jurisdiction are required.

Responsibilities:

- Review all conditions precedent to filing legal actions, including loan documents, financials, and demand letters.
- Draft and review pleadings and correspondence to initiate legal actions.
- Attend court hearings and communicate with opposing counsel.
- Maintain updated internal systems with findings, documentation, and recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal requirements for foreclosure, bankruptcy, and collections.

Required Skills and Abilities:

- Intermediate to advanced computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively through verbal and written correspondence.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify corrective action opportunities.
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Dedication to providing excellent customer service and timely interactions with clients.
- Willingness to learn and continuously improve.

Education and Training:

- Juris Doctor degree.
- Active Bar membership in any . state.
- Basic knowledge of Quality Assurance and/or Quality Control preferred.
- Prior bankruptcy experience is a plus.
