Deloitte is currently seeking a Senior International Tax Consultant to join our International Tax Services practice. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and industries while providing tax consulting and compliance services. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tax consulting and compliance services to clients on the tax implications of their inbound and outbound structures and investments
- Identify basic and complex tax issues and provide tax analysis and recommendations for multinational corporations and their affiliates
- Prepare and review work papers, allocations, and tax returns for multinational corporations
- Conduct research and prepare materials for consulting projects related to tax planning considerations and provide recommendations
- Assist with developing tax projection calculations and models to analyze tax structuring alternatives and planning opportunities
- Utilize proprietary technologies to assist clients in streamlining their tax compliance processes and filing obligations
- Supervise and mentor less experienced tax consultants
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience providing tax planning and/or compliance services, preferably with a focus on international taxation
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or other business-related field
- Active accreditation such as CPA, licensed attorney, enrolled agent, or technology certifications (see full list in job description)
- Ability to travel up to 25% based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Previous Big 4 experience, public accounting, or consulting experience preferred
- Experience working in a fast-paced, team environment
Salary Information:
- The wage range for this role is $73,430 to $167,180, taking into account factors such as skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
- Deloitte offers a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, which may provide additional compensation based on individual and organizational performance.
