The ideal candidate must also have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, established research and writing capabilities, and experience in all phases of discovery.

- Strong academic record from a top law school
- 3-4 years’ experience in complex commercial litigation in matters including, but not limited to, trademark/copyright, trade secrets, antitrust, and class actions
- Federal or state supreme court clerkship (preferred)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Established research and writing capabilities
- Drafted demand letters, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
- Taken/defended depositions or prepared deposition outlines or witnesses
- Experienced in all phases of discovery
- Communicated with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and others
- Collaborated across various teams
