Paralegal Part-Time The candidate will focus on property, contract, and employment matters. Responsibilities include: drafting pleadings and discovery, conducting legal research, filing documents with the court, interviewing witnesses, trial preparation, and providing overall attorney support. Additional tasks depending on interest and skills. 1 year of experience in a law office, Paralegal certification, and/or Bachelor's degree are preferred. Must be able to prioritize multiple duties quickly, be detail oriented, organized, personable, eager to learn, and enjoy giving the best client service possible. Basic computer skills with comprehension of Word, Excel, and Email is required. Spanish speaking skills are a plus. Bachelor's desired. Paralegal Certificate desired. Spanish desired.
