High Producing Pre-Litigation Supervising Attorney The candidate will be attending recorded statements and independent medical examinations with clients. Researching legal issues and topics. Discussing case strategies with other attorneys and staff. Negotiating and settling cases in the pre-litigation stage. Other attorney duties as needed. Must be accustomed to a fast-paced environment and be able to work fluidly within any department. Reviewing intake files, insurance policies, and other related records and assessing the viability of successful claims. Identify case weakness and resolve with efficient and expedient direction. Conducting conferences with clients to explain retainer agreements and case handling procedures. Communicating with Case Management Team with regards to the status of clients' cases. Bi-weekly audit of cases and communicating with Case Management Team for any issues and concerns. Should have the ability to manage a demanding pre-litigation caseload. Excellent negotiation skills are needed. Must have excellent verbal & written communication skills. Outlook, Word, Excel experience. Needles CRM helpful. Should have the ability to work under pressure; excellent client service skills. Should have 2+ years of Personal Injury Law. must have knowledge of Plaintiff's Personal Injury practices and Personal Injury files. Should have exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Great problem-solver and proactive thinker. Must be an NV Licensed Attorney in good standing.
