About the Position:
- Full-time, non-exempt position
- Start date: April 1, 2025
- Location: Washington . (hybrid; in-office work 2-3 days/week)
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00-5:30PM (40 hours/week, occasional overtime)
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage complex briefings and electronically file pleadings and motions
- Organize and maintain case files, internal records, and attorney calendars
- Draft and proofread correspondence and other communications
- Communicate with attorneys, clients, and co-counsel about case status and preparation
- Assist attorneys with discovery and conduct client and case intake calls
- Perform basic factual legal research and assist with special projects as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and minimum one year of professional work experience (legal experience preferred)
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines and tasks simultaneously
- Professionalism and commitment to confidentiality
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft products
- Proactive, deadline-oriented, team-minded, and an effective communicator

Compensation:
- Hourly (minimum 40 hours per week); Non-Exempt
- Anticipated Base Rate: (commensurate with experience)
- Time-and-one-half overtime pay and eligibility for merit-based bonuses
