Salary and Benefits:
- $80,000 - $100,000 yearly salary
- Health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off

Job Responsibilities:
- Conducting legal research and preparing motions, pleadings, and briefs
- Meeting with prospective clients for initial consultations and providing legal advice throughout the bankruptcy process
- Representing clients at hearings

Job Qualifications:
- Ability to handle a heavy caseload with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong decision-making, public speaking, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Experience in bankruptcy law is a plus, but not required
