The candidate will manage various responsibilities, from technical planning and advising of clients that include private entities (including C-Corp, S-Corp and Partnerships) as well as high-profile individuals/families. Research tax issues to develop effective tax planning strategies. Be open to all types of tax work from entity to individual. Translate complex data from a range of sources into client-ready insights and deliverables. Build effective long-term relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs to provide a tailored service. Communicate complex tax issues to non-tax professionals and clients. Maintain reputation in own field by constantly updating and sharing technical and finest practice knowledge. Manage, coach and develop a team of tax professionals, review work and help confirm they have the knowledge, tools and opportunities they need to excel. Identify and react to risks and opportunities to improve services and processes.
