- Seeking experienced Creditors Rights and Bankruptcy Partner Level Attorney to join our premier national law firm
- Opportunity to work in any of our 16 offices across the country
- Work on a variety of topics and issues, including out-of-court negotiations, state and federal court litigation, and bankruptcy
- Must have a substantial book of portable business and potential for additional business generation
- Take advantage of our well-developed national platform to expand your client base

- Outstanding cross-selling opportunities and autonomy
- Aggressively represent clients in a wide range of industries and find practical solutions in distressed financial situations
- Experience in representing financial institutions in commercial bankruptcy and loan workouts, as well as complex consumer bankruptcy litigation matters, is preferred
- Assist clients with contractual disputes, lender liability issues, and other legal concerns
- Manage mergers and acquisitions issues and assist with enforcement of loan and lease obligations
- Understand and navigate laws related to creditors' rights, mortgages, and Uniform Commercial Code security interests
- Compensation will be commensurate with experience and includes full benefits
