Responsibilities:
- Draft, structure, and negotiate agreements related to licensing, development, production, and distribution of **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.'s original stand-up, sketch and comedy formats content.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and provide legal counsel on business decisions.
- Handle a wide range of responsibilities including live and taped stand-up comedy specials, variety shows, sketch comedies, and comedy festivals.
- Familiarity with entertainment industry and related documents (production services agreements, talent agreements, license agreements, etc.) is a plus.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in development and production business and/or legal role in film or television industry.
- Familiarity with stand-up comedy, variety shows, and non-fiction programming.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical capabilities and judgment.
- Ability to work proactively and independently in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Information:
- Compensation structure: Annual salary only, no bonuses.
- Range: $130,000 - $380,000.
- Option to choose between salary and stock options.
- Compensation determined based on market indicators, job family, background, skills, and experience.
