Professional Liability Litigation Attorney Responsibilities: Independently manage or support a defense litigation caseload from inception through dispositive motion, mediation, negotiated resolution, or trial. Work closely with other attorneys and partners on legal projects. Regularly handle court appearances and depositions. Communicate with clients and provide status report.

Qualifications: JD Degree from an accredited law school. Admitted to practice in the State of California. 3+ years' professional liability experience. Experience defending licensed California professionals (including real estate agents and brokers, appraisers, lawyers, insurance agents, accountants, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, architects and design professionals), and miscellaneous professional and quasi-professionals (health-care workers). Deposition and trial preparation experience. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Legal project management experience.
