Job Responsibilities:

- Draft and send correspondence
- Prepare legal filings and e-file court documents
- Manage document organization and scheduling for attorneys
- Assist with opening and closing legal matters
- Maintain attorney calendars and assist with conference and deposition scheduling

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience in defense litigation or insurance defense
- Familiarity with litigation procedures and processes
- Knowledge of state and federal court procedures and rules
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 2013 (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a team-based setting
