Join our team as a Government Contracts Associate
As a Government Contracts Associate at **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***., you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of challenging and complex matters, including counseling on government contracts performance issues, litigating CDA claims, bid protests, and FCA cases, and supporting internal and government investigations. You will also have the opportunity to work with a team of passionate and experienced lawyers who are dedicated to delivering top-notch legal services to our clients.
In this role, you will be expected to have 5-9 years of legal experience, with prior government contracts experience strongly preferred. You must also be licensed to practice law and be in good standing in the state where you will be practicing. A strong academic background and excellent interpersonal and communication skills are also essential for this position.

Responsibilities and Practice
As a Government Contracts Associate at **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***., you will be responsible for a variety of tasks and projects, including:
- Counseling clients on government contracts performance issues
- Litigating CDA claims, bid protests, and FCA cases
- Supporting internal and government investigations related to government contracts
- Reviewing contract and subcontract agreements and relevant regulations
- Conducting research and writing in support of the department's government contracts practice

Salary Information
- Based on years of experience, **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. associates may have a title of Associate, Managing Associate, or Senior Managing Associate.
- The Denver salary range for this position is $325,000 - $390,000, in accordance with Colorado law.
Qualifications
- 5-9 years of legal experience required
- Prior government contracts experience with a law firm strongly preferred
- Must be licensed to practice law and in good standing in the state where the hired candidate will be practicing
- Strong academic background and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
