Law Firm is looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team in Miami, FL. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in e-billing and invoice processing, proficiency in Legal-X or other e-billing platforms, and a college degree or equivalent experience.

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist at the law firm, you will be responsible for managing the collection activities for assigned clients, practice groups, and billing attorneys. This includes identifying problematic accounts receivable, monitoring invoice status, and documenting collections activity. You will also work with other client accounts teams to resolve delinquent accounts and identify and resolve patterns that may impact billing and collections.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect outstanding account receivables for assigned attorneys
Strategize collection efforts for 90+ day A/R
Monitor invoice status and follow-up to ensure timely collection
Resolve delinquent accounts with other client accounts teams
Document collections activity and create a collections calendar
Perform routine data processing tasks and input relevant information into systems
Identify and resolve problematic patterns and situations

Qualifications and Prior Experience:

3+ years of experience in e-billing and invoice processing
Proficiency in Legal-X or other e-billing platforms
College degree or equivalent experience preferred
Law firm experience required
