Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Growth Manager to join our team at ****. In this role, you will have a pivotal role in driving our firm's growth initiatives and expanding our client base in the immigration law sector. This is a full-time position, and you have the option to work remotely or in one of our branch offices in Atlanta, GA; San Francisco, CA; New York, NY; or Chattanooga, TN.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive growth and expand our client base in the immigration law sector.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and channels for client acquisition.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, immigration consultants, corporate partners, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive insights, and potential areas for expansion.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling marketing materials, presentations, and campaigns to attract clients and enhance brand visibility.
- Lead the proposal process, including preparing proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations with potential clients.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics, sales data, and market trends to evaluate the effectiveness of growth strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on changes in immigration laws, regulations, and policies to provide valuable insights and guidance to clients and internal teams.
- Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our services and establish thought leadership.
Qualifications:

- At least 5-year experience in successful business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the legal or professional service industry.
- Strong understanding of immigration law and procedures, with previous experience working in an immigration law firm or related field highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with a focus on finding creative solutions and achieving win-win outcomes for clients and the firm.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, capable of identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for growth.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, Jira, Confluence, Slack and other relevant technology platforms.
