- Pay: $90,000 - $135,000 per year

Human Resource Manager
In this position as a Labor & Employment Attorney at our law firm in Stillwater, MN, you will have the opportunity to serve as external general counsel for private businesses and public entities, providing expert guidance on key federal and state employment laws. You will also have the chance to engage in both proactive advising and defending employment claims through various stages of litigation.
We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong interest in traditional labor or employment law. You must be admitted to practice in Minnesota and/or Wisconsin and have excellent organizational, research, writing, and communication skills. In addition, you should have the ability to manage client expectations, provide sound legal advice, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
If you have experience in litigation related to labor and employment matters, have 2-6 years of labor and employment law experience, or are familiar with union negotiations and labor-management relations, we encourage you to apply. Experience conducting workplace investigations is also a plus.
