Responsibilities:

- Work closely with inventors to identify patentable inventions and assist in the patent application process
- Conduct research on current patented technologies to support clients in patentable work
- Draft patent applications in collaboration with the patent team
- Track the patent application process and ensure deadlines are met
- Perform ability searches regularly
- Respond to office actions and communicate with the . Patent and Trademark Office
- Meet billable hour requirements consistently

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in science or engineering; Master's degree or PhD is a plus
- USPTO Registration obtained or planning to obtain
- Strong decision-making skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to change

At Armstrong Teasdale, we offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including a salary range of $85,000-$125,500 in Colorado and $85,000-$142,200 in New York.
