Associate - Tax (M&A/Transactional) - Multiple Locations

Epstein Becker & Green is seeking a mid-level Associate to join our Tax practice group in one of the following office locations: Boston, Chicago, Columbus, Los Angeles, Nashville, New York City, Newark, Pittsburgh, Portland, Princeton, Tampa, or Washington . This position offers the opportunity to work on federal transactional tax matters, including mergers and acquisitions, entity formation, and general business transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide legal advice and support on federal transactional tax matters
- Assist with drafting and negotiating partnership agreements
- Conduct research and analysis on tax laws and regulations
- Collaborate with clients and colleagues to develop effective tax strategies
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations

Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in federal transactional tax matters
- Admission to practice law in at least one of the following jurisdictions: California, Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Oregon, Tennessee, or Washington .
- Strong academic credentials and excellent communication and writing skills
- Juris doctorate degree

Salary:

The expected salary range for this position is $175,000 to $275,000.
