Key Responsibilities:
Manage cases from start to finish, including drafting pleadings, discovery, and correspondence
Organize and analyze documents, with a strong understanding of medical terminology
Assist with trial preparation and attend trials
Conduct legal research, preferably with experience using Lexis Nexis
Provide ongoing support and mentorship to team members
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience
Familiarity with billable timekeeping
Strong knowledge of WA State and Federal Civil Rules
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong writing and analytical skills
The firm is looking for candidates who are motivated, dynamic, and proactive, with a strong background in litigation. Preference will be given to those with a medical background, including nursing experience. Ongoing training and mentorship will be provided to ensure success in the role.
