Summary:

This remote role will involve reviewing, drafting, and managing various legal agreements and advising on legal issues and risks. The ideal candidate will have in-house experience in technology licensing or transactional law and possess strong organizational skills, communication skills, and a can-do attitude. A JD degree or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities:

- Review, draft, and manage various legal agreements
- Advise on legal issues and risks
- Drive tech solutions for legal workflow
- Counsel on GDPR and other privacy regulations
- Manage agreements that comply with company policies and risk tolerance

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of in-house experience in technology licensing or transactional law
- Familiarity with network security, cloud computing, SaaS, and privacy law
- JD degree or equivalent
- Expertise in GDPR and other data protection and privacy regulations
- Experience with government contracting and compliance

Success Criteria:

- Establish oneself as a trusted partner and advisor to cross-functional peers within a year

Salary Information:

- Base salary range of $160,000 - $200,100, plus corporate bonus
- Additional factors considered: location, internal equity, past experience, skill set, education, and certifications
