Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, oversee, maintain, monitor and audit BSNC’s Corporate Ethics and Compliance Program.
- Respond to and investigate violations of laws, regulations, and policy by reviewing/investigating, self-reporting or retention of outside counsel for civil or criminal matters.
- Manage BSNC’s Ethics Hotline and employee compliance website.
- Advise and counsel various departments on diverse legal matters, leveraging knowledge and experience with construction projects, employment law, government contracting, and natural resources law.
- Work closely with operations teams to identify and mitigate risks associated with business operation.
- Monitor legal developments and update stakeholders on pertinent changes to ensure ongoing standards meet all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Report to BSNC Board of Directors’ Audit & Finance Committee on corporate compliance.
- Oversee outside counsel and litigation.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the General Counsel.

Required Qualifications:

- from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in any . state.
- At least 5 years of relevant legal experience.
