Here are the qualifications and requirements for the position:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in transportation law and litigation practice
- Proficiency in independently handling litigation matters such as commercial litigation, premises liability, general negligence, property damage, construction, and/or personal injury
- Experience with Michigan No-Fault, Third Party & Commercial Auto Liability, and Network Transportation Claims
- Strong skills in all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, taking depositions, and arguing motions
- Excellent research, legal brief writing, and communication skills
- Demonstrated experience in general litigation motion writing and courtroom oral skills
- Proven ability to manage client relations with increasing responsibility
- Strong analytical, writing, communication, and interpersonal skills

- Active membership in the State Bar of Michigan and in good standing
