- Seeking an experienced environmental lawyer with at least 8 years of practice experience
- Strong background in environmental, energy, and natural resources law
- Experience with complex, high-profile, and high-value matters involving infrastructure, renewable energy, and power development projects
- Critical role in supporting project finance and M&A transactions
- Preferred experience in California and Texas

- Key requirements include at least 8 years of experience with . federal and state environmental regulatory programs
- Proficiency in securing environmental permits and experience with utility-scale renewable energy and power projects highly valued
- Deep understanding of NEPA and CEQA, with experience managing environmental reviews and supporting project development timelines
- Familiarity with site assessment and remediation under CERCLA, RCRA, and relevant state waste management and remediation programs
- Significant experience supporting project finance and M&A transactions, including conducting due diligence and advising on environmental risk allocation
- Ability to work seamlessly with project finance counsel, developers, and lenders on environmental issues
- Additional qualifications include experience with reviewing and analyzing third-party environmental reports, familiarity with title and survey review, knowledge of land use law and the Endangered Species Act, and exposure to cross-border energy or infrastructure projects
