Once hired, the candidate will be working in a hybrid office/remote setting to defend high-exposure matters during all phases of litigation to represent and defend hospitals, health systems, long-term care facilities, and individual healthcare professionals. Responsibilities include developing expert witness and trial strategy, conducting and defending depositions, conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and dispositive motions, and representing clients during courtroom appearances and arguments.
