Job Title: Experienced Pre-Litigation Attorney

Job Responsibilities:
- Engage in pre-litigation negotiations and mediation processes.
- Direct the drafting of correspondence for support staff.
- Regularly communicate with clients, experts, and defense counsel in an effective and courteous manner.
- Develop work flows, delegation criteria, and KPIs in a partner-style environment.
- Focus on high-level tasks as efficiently as possible.

Education and Experience Information:
- Must possess a valid CA Bar License.
- Must have at least 1 year of experience in employment law.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Analytical abilities with a "whatever it takes" attitude are essential.
- Must have strong organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask is required.
- Deadline and detail-oriented.
- Must be personable and professional.
- Ability to speak Spanish is helpful but not necessary.

Salary Information:
- Pay ranges from $100, to $150, per year, with potential for negotiation based on qualifications and experience.

Additional Job Information:
- Job Type: Full-time
- Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday
- Work Location: In-person at the law firm
