DLA Piper, a leading global law firm, is seeking a Career Opportunities & Alumni Coordinator to join our Talent Integration and Human Resources team. In this role, you will primarily support the firm's What In-house Lawyers Need (WIN) program, which delivers practical business content tailored to in-house professionals through webinars, continuing legal education resources, in-person events, and more. Location

This is a remote position with occasional travel within the US. Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary point of contact for the US WIN program and local Alumni programs.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and deliver content.
- Coordinate pre- and post-seminar or webinar logistics, including creating and distributing email communications, analyzing attendee data, and reporting related metrics.
- Manage the program's internal Intranet page, external website, and relevant resources.
- Work with Marketing Central to create and manage events, webinars, and other email communications.
- Respond to inquiries from in-house contacts regarding WIN programming.
- Analyze weekly WIN registrations and communicate trends with department colleagues and other stakeholders.
- Partner with internal teams to respond to panel opportunities with relevant copy for programs.
- Conduct ROI analysis for campaigns.
- Arrange meetings and programming for large groups.
- Provide reports on program success.
- Offer occasional in-person event support outside of regular working hours.
- Additional duties as needed.

Minimum Education and Experience

- High School Diploma or GED.
- 2 years of experience working in an administrative support and/or professional services environment.

Physical Demands
