What We’re Looking For:
A solid foundation in land development matters, including transactional real estate experience.
A keen interest in building a practice in land development work in a large firm environment.
Experience in advising clients on land use permitting and/or compliance issues on a variety of project types.
The ability to work with an integrated team of lawyers, consultants, and other subject matter experts in adjacent areas, including environmental, real estate, and project development and financing.
A member or pending member of the Washington State Bar.
A desire to work from our Seattle or Bellevue office.
