Renewable Energy Tax Credit Associate
The candidate will work primarily with attorneys in the Energy & Natural Resources business unit. Should ideally have excellent academic credentials with 5-7 years of experience. Should have experience with renewable energy tax credits and real estate incentives, including advising developers, drafting and negotiating tax credit transfer agreements, financings and M&A pertaining to the renewable energy sector. Must have an active Bar license in the state corresponding with the office to which one is applying or commit to obtaining one as soon as possible.
