As our firm continues to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced attorney to assist with our increasing family law caseload. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and client-focused firm and make a positive impact on the lives of our clients.

Responsibilities:

- Handle legal matters related to divorce, paternity, child custody, prenuptial agreements, and adoption
- Draft various family law documents including motions, responses, declarations, financial disclosures, and correspondence
- Make court appearances for family law cases
- Assist with trial preparation
- Meet with potential clients and consult on their legal matter, demonstrating why Ball Morse Lowe is the best choice for their representation
- Maintain ongoing communication and manage clients throughout the legal process

Requirements:

- 1-5 years of full-time family law experience
- Experience with tracking billable time
- Ability to handle assigned caseload and interact well with clients
- Strong writing skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable making court appearances
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet multiple deadlines
- Computer proficiency

Salary and Benefits:
