As our Market Access Director, you will be responsible for providing subject-matter expertise on Medicare, Medicaid, and private commercial coverage, as well as coding and payment policies. You will work closely with our market access team to develop strategic and tactical recommendations for our clients, and stay up-to-date on relevant health policy changes. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to participate in firm business development and marketing activities, further expanding your skills and experience.

To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline and at least 5 years of related work experience. Knowledge of Medicare payment systems and major healthcare industry stakeholders is also required. Strong project management skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and excellent research and writing abilities are crucial for this position.

Salary information:

Target hiring range: $149,000 - $232,000
Base pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location
Base pay is only one part of the total rewards package, which includes a discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits for full-time employees
