Responsibilities:

- Litigate for liberty by challenging unconstitutional laws, regulations, and policies
- Develop and lead high-impact cases in the Equality and Opportunity Program
- Advocate for shared moral and constitutional principles through media, public speaking, and partnerships
- Partner with other attorneys to set the agenda for PLF's future work

Qualifications:

- Minimum 3 years of relevant litigation experience, preference for 7+ years
- Track record of successful litigation, strong legal writing skills, and exceptional communication abilities
- Deep knowledge of and passion for principles of freedom and individual liberty
- Willingness to travel ~10% or as needed for case work and advocacy efforts
