Summary:
****, a leading national law firm, is seeking a Finance Associate with 3-6 years of experience to join their team. The firm has a preference for candidates in their Philadelphia, Minneapolis, New York, Baltimore, and DC offices, but is open to considering other locations. The firm represents a diverse range of institutional clients across the country, including commercial banks, finance companies, investors, and non-profits. The ideal candidate will have a strong transactional background and experience with complex finance transactions, including syndicated and portfolio transactions. Knowledge of Article 9 of the UCC and bankruptcy code is required, and experience with workouts/restructuring and M&A and private equity transactions is a plus. Candidates should also possess excellent academic credentials and strong writing and analytical skills. Active bar membership in the desired location is preferred.
Salary Information:
The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $150,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
