Litigation and Pre-litigation Paralegal The candidate will be talking to clients and making sure our clients are treated very well helping with property damage directing the case to the legal assistant to order records and bills, directing the case to the legal assistant when the demands are ready to be prepared, directing the case to the legal assistant when reductions are ready to be completed, arranging all calls with attorneys, making sure the case is being processed as fast as possible. Have 5- 10 years experience in litigation for Plaintiffs personal injury claims. Have experience with serious injuries, Have experience with notice of claims, premise, negligence, road designs, trucking claims and complex litigation matters, Have experience drafting for review answers to interrogatories, calendaring court entries, understanding of offer of judgments, answering admissions and other legal documents. Have at least 3-5 years experience in Plaintiff's personal injury.
