Paralegal / Case Manager - Workers Compensation The candidate will be managing high-volume personal injury caseloads through the work comp claim process. Obtain and review medical records, wage information, employee records, and documents provided by the client's adjuster. Monitor the progression of each claim. Maintain case files. Draft correspondence. High School Diploma; Paralegal associate degree or other relevant certification and/or 2 years of relevant Work Comp experience preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Should be able to excel in a fast-paced work environment; organized with excellent time management skills; committed to providing superb responsive and compassionate client service; acquainted with HIPAA laws & dedicated to safeguarding client privacy & confidentiality. Familiar with electronic court filings on State and Federal sites is a must.
