The Role:

As a Tax Manager at **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***., you will play a crucial role in helping clients navigate the complex world of tax regulations and reporting. You will work with a team of highly skilled tax specialists to develop effective tax strategies and ensure accurate and timely tax reporting. This is a leadership role where you will have the opportunity to mentor and supervise staff, as well as build and maintain relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate tax engagements for healthcare industry clients, including reviewing and filing annual tax returns
Participate in tax consulting projects and stay up-to-date with industry developments through webinars and presentations
Provide day-to-day tax assistance to clients in the healthcare industry
Collaborate with the audit and consulting teams to support clients' overall financial needs
Contribute to the growth and development of the firm's healthcare niche practice
Mentor and supervise staff to ensure high-quality work and professional growth

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in accounting and CPA license, JD, or Masters of Science in Taxation
Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on tax and leadership experience
Strong analytical and technical tax skills
Excellent communication and client service skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills
