Responsibilities:
- Manage cases through all phases of insurance defense litigation, including case management, motion practice, and discovery.
- Handle hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials.
- Conduct legal research and write briefs and other legal documents.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the case.
- Work collaboratively with other attorneys and staff within the firm.

Qualifications:
- Admission to the Arizona State Bar is required.
- 1-7 years of experience in insurance defense litigation.
- Strong research and writing skills.
- Ability to handle all phases of litigation, from case management to trial.
- Knowledge of construction law is a plus, but not required.
