Duties:
Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis on a wide range of issues related to Estate Planning, Probate, and Real Estate law.
Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, contracts, and other necessary paperwork.
Represent clients in court proceedings and hearings, ensuring effective advocacy.
Assist senior attorneys in trial preparation, discovery processes, and case strategy.
Participate in client meetings, providing sound legal counsel and negotiating settlements.
Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
Maintain and organize accurate case files and client records.
Undertake additional duties as assigned by senior attorneys and firm management.
Requirements:
Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the Colorado Bar and in good standing.
1-3 years of relevant legal experience in a law firm setting.
Exceptional research, writing, and analytical abilities.
Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Proficiency with relevant legal software and technology.
Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications:
Admission to the Colorado Bar (must be in good standing).
