Duties:

  • Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis on a wide range of issues related to Estate Planning, Probate, and Real Estate law.

  • Represent clients in court proceedings and hearings, ensuring effective advocacy.

  • Assist senior attorneys in trial preparation, discovery processes, and case strategy.

  • Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.

  • Maintain and organize accurate case files and client records.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.

  • Admission to the Colorado Bar and in good standing.

  • 1-3 years of relevant legal experience in a law firm setting.

  • Exceptional research, writing, and analytical abilities.

  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

  • Proficiency with relevant legal software and technology.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the Colorado Bar (must be in good standing).
