Job Description:

- Title: Mortgage Lending Compliance Manager

Responsibilities:

- Manage and support quality control and due diligence functions for pre-funding and post-closing.
- Serve as primary compliance liaison for monthly and as-needed clients, responding to inquiries and providing timely support.
- Stay updated on mortgage compliance regulations and collaborate with staff on new or changing regulations.
- Conduct compliance file reviews, maintain checklists, and assist in audits and training.
- Research and address regulatory compliance issues and attend industry meetings and conferences.
- Assist with development, revision, and maintenance of compliance policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

- 5 years of compliance experience in the mortgage lending industry.
- CRCM certification preferred.
- Strong understanding of mortgage lending laws and regulations.
- Excellent writing skills and ability to work collaboratively with others.
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel, familiar with databases such as MS Access.
- 7 to 10 years of mortgage lending experience preferred.

Compensation:

- The salary range for this role is $111,170 to $240,850, based on skills, experience, qualifications, and location.
