Responsibilities:
- Advise clients and deliver high-quality tax services for investment management companies, family limited partnerships, and various investment partnerships
- Review and analyze partnership tax returns and allocations, utilizing GO Systems tax software
- Keep up-to-date with tax-related developments, legislative and regulatory changes, and advise clients accordingly
- Manage multiple client engagements and maintain active communication to ensure client satisfaction
- Contribute to the growth and process improvement of the Private Enterprise/Family Office tax practice
- Mentor and manage a team of talented tax professionals
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of corporate and/or partnership tax experience in an accounting firm, corporate tax department, or law firm
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
- Licensed CPA, EA, or JD/LLM, or any other approved designations/credentials listed by KPMG
- Strong business development skills, with a track record of building and maintaining client relationships
- Experience leading multiple engagements and mentoring staff in a collaborative team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as proficiency in Excel
