- Broad technical knowledge and experience conducting prior art searches for patentability and freedom to operate analyses
- Familiarity with analyzing patents and scientific papers to assist with patent preparation, prosecution and counseling
- Ability to draft patent applications and prosecute applications before the USPTO
- Excellent academic record and strong written and verbal communication skills, fluency in English required
- Graduate and undergraduate transcripts and writing sample will be required
- Starting base salary expected between $110,000-$180,000 annually
- Actual salary will be determined based on skills, relevant experience, and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable law
