Senior Paralegal - Litigation The candidate will include assisting attorneys with preparing necessary documents for witness interviews, depositions, hearings, trials, and arbitration. Will also be responsible for locating and reviewing information applicable to a particular case, person, or subject through online research or document reviews. Will manage large volumes of documents and work with each case and transaction, review, organize and maintain document databases for discovery, document production, and attorney review, and assist attorneys in preparation of pleadings/motions and the coordination of service of process. Should have Bachelor's degree and/or a paralegal certificate. Should have 2 years of experience as a paralegal in a legal department or law firm. Should have experience in a large law firm or professional services organization. Should be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Should have experience with legal software such as Relativity, LexisNexis, Westlaw, or similar technology. Should have strong oral and written communication skills; strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
